We want you to love your Pilgrim jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn pieces in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if the protective seal remains intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place your jewelry securely in its original Pilgrim box and include the packing slip to ensure your refund is processed correctly.
Ship the Items
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
